MaximTrak provides live call support and live training support
based out of our headquarters. Our 24/7 coverage means that
you are never without help.
Currently over 80% of customer inquiries relate to user error issues or additional training needs and are scheduled upon requests.
Our staff takes the time to instruct users and guide them
through the system. We also offer group and 1-on-1 scheduled
training sessions where we show you not only how to use the
many robust features of our system, but best practices so that
you can get the most out of Maximtrak. Additionally,
Maximtrak tracks and evaluates of the issues that arise. This
allows s to identify needs and ways we might improve the user
experience and enhance the processes in the F&I
office.
