APPLICATION TRAINING

MaximTrak application training is done primarily through online GoToMeeting sessions with live MaximTrak Trainers available by phone and video / web conferencing.

Training will commence with a system overview, followed by user interface and system features. Once the kick-off session is completed, a final GoToMeeting follow-up session will be scheduled to answer questions and issues. Follow-up training and Tier 1 Support will continue at the dealership’s discretion.
