Electronic Contract Submissions

Perhaps the least thought about component to e-contracting is the electronic registration of contract details to administrative and insurance companies. 

With standard paper processes, there is a lot of room for human error. Contracts can be lost, misprinted, never turned in or turned in months after the point of sale. This creates exposure for the dealer and insurer and aggravates the customer when they call in to file a claim.

Our e-Register system has measures in place to reduce the human error and ensure a smooth transaction from star to finish. 

 

Accounting Control Processes

As a control mechanism, dealership Accounts Payable and Accounting departments will have the ability and functionality to go into the MaximTrak e-Register screen to validate and verify all the contracts printed and finalize them for electronic registration. 

Once a dealership marks the contracts as Final in the menu, MaximTrak will (based on the registration model of the provider) register the details of the final contract sales to the appropriate provider.
