Jim Maxim, Sr. is president and co-founder of MaximTrak, a division of Maxim Automotive LLC. MaximTrak designs, develops and deploys state-of-the-art technologies to help automotive retailers manage and improve profitability and compliance within their sales and finance departments.

Jim Maxim Jr. is co-founder and President of MaximTrak Technologies. Mr. Maxim oversees all company operations and is responsible for the growth of MaximTrak into new international markets and industry vertical channels. Mr. Maxim was the original architect and designer of the Company’s flagship application and remains heavily involved in product design and development.
